Bold designer styles to uncover at JCK Tucson 2020
You’ll find a wide variation of design inspirations and ethos when you visit with the exhibitors of JCK Tucson: the earth and all its inhabitants—under the sea and in the sky— play a role in many a designer’s creations, as does history and old world ways of jewelry-making, architecture, art, and the human form. No two creators are alike, and hopefully you’ll appreciate each perspective and the beautiful jewelry from which it comes.
That doesn’t mean, however, that you won’t see a common thread throughout what the show floor has to offer. One of the biggest that we expect to see in 2020? Gold.
Not just any yellow gold, either. Look for big, bold, chunky gold pieces, like wide cigar band-style rings, generously-sized earrings, cuff bracelets that would make Wonder Woman blush, coin jewelry, and heavy metal engagement rings. You’ll find some with colored gemstones, others with diamonds, and still more based solely in metal, detailed with etching and engraving, texture and two-tone detail.
