The best trends of summer 2016
Just as quickly as summer arrived, it’s beginning to wind down. As we dive into August, sporting (and selling) the trends that the season brought us, let’s take a moment to celebrate our favorites from all our JCK brands (Tucson, Las Vegas, LUXURY, Elite Enclave, Privé you name it, they had it). These will follow us into the fall and throughout the holidays, so the idea is not to let them become a summer memory but, rather, keep them on your list to stock for the upcoming season. Which of these looks do you love best?
Tiny, Shiny Things
Throughout the summer (and with no end in sight), the industry and its customers have been enamored with the petite. Small earrings that require (and inspire) multiple piercings; layered pendants; slim, barely-there stacking rings. The styles encourage collect-ability, and if you can’t get enough, you’re certainly not the only one.

While flower jewelry is ever beloved, subtle botanical detail as well as floral-inspired looks took the reins this summer, taking its style cues from Mother Nature. Most prominent: leaf shapes. The silhouettes showed up in everything from earrings to pendants to the accents on an engagement ring.
